Victorian Victory

I highly recommend this property. The landlord provided a wonderful experience while our daughter rented her home during clinical rotations in the Buffalo area. She was consistently kind, courteous and professional throughout the entire stay. Whenever any issue came up, she responded quickly and made sure everything was handled promptly, which gave us great peace of mind while our daughter was focused on her demanding schedule. The home was well maintained and comfortable, making it an ideal place to stay during such an important time. We truly appreciate her attentiveness and would not hesitate to recommend her to future tenants.

PERFECT STAY

This is a huge, gorgeous 2BD house in a safe, quiet location close to downtown. The house is beautifully decorated and all the amenities you could think of, and more! You literally would not have to bring anything with you because she has thought of it all. The washer and dryer was a wonderful addition. The owner is so welcoming and professional, she always made us feel comfortable any time we spoke or interacted with her. I would definitely recommend this property and the owner!

Amazing find

I cant say enough good things about this place and its owner. It was a perfect find for us, super close to the hospital we worked at and the street was beautiful and quiet. The owner was nothing less than amazing and the property was also. I have no negative reviews to share only great ones. This place was God sent to us and made our stay in Buffalo so easy. It definitely had a home away from home feel and we just enjoyed spending our days off there. If you are lucky enough to rent this spot, you will not be disappointed. Spacious, clean, safe and has the old feel with beautiful floors and updated amenities too! Loved my stay!

Close to medical community

This home is close to the medical campus, which was a huge perk for myself during my contract. It looks exactly as pictured and does include a lot of the basic amenities needed during a long stay. Parking is a shared driveway, the upstairs tenant is lovely and did try to accommodate my schedule the best they could, but regardless its a single lane so becomes difficult at times. You have your own washer dryer to yourself, the other apartment has their own set, but as previously mentioned there are many many locks throughout the home and can be tedious at times. Youre not really close to downtown, walking wise, but if youre looking for a quiet area to stay, this is it.

Beautiful home but please read review.

The home itself is absolutely beautiful. Its a two bedroom for 1400 (was 1200 when I first rented it). However, please know that there are cameras looking at the entire house (front porch, side entrance and back) and you do not have access to these. The owner of the home knows when doors are locked/unlocked and if the windows are open/closed. She will contact you if the front door was left unlocked (even if its 11 at night and it was left open by the upstairs tenant). You share the driveway so you might as well consider it street parking unless your comfortable constantly moving your car in and out. I stayed here with my toddler on and off for the last two years and as I said the home itself is beautiful, however please know the landlord will be monitoring you and speaks to people like they are her children. When I moved out for the last time she charged me 50 dollars because she "called a plumbing service" yet I was not at fault.

I was so happy that my colleague recommended me to this host - Mrs. DH. My stay was quite peaceful with access to off street parking. Washer and dryer was provided in house. The house was very clean, roomy and beautiful in a sort of quaint fashion. I was also glad that this location was only a short drive from my job: with food shopping and restaurants close by. All in all a very enjoyable stay. I will encourage anyone who is on the look out for a decent and very reasonably priced short term fully furnished apartment to strongly consider giving Mrs. DH a call.
