Right approach to renting

I haven't actually stayed in any of the rooms, however I spoke to the owner and the property manager, both very pleasant and courteous, both will to work with you and accommodate your needs. I've learned about the process of selecting the tenants, and it appears, they are doing right by their potential tenants by creating a safe environment , verifying each candidate through references and a background check. All these nice things take a day or two, and that's why calling in in advance is important so that you actually get to live in one of these rooms.
