comfortable stay
Beautiful quiet home. Nice yard for my cat. Not far from excellent sources of entertainment. I found fun breweries, eateries and place to take dance lessons. I spent time in Thousand Oaks just south of Camarillo and a lot of time on Main Street in Ventura. Road my bike to work every day. The SNF is at the bottom of the hill from the neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood too. E is very nice friendly and easy to get along with.

Great Location and landlord
I can't say enough nice things about this house and E as a landlord. She is easy to talk to and keeps a nice neat home. She made my dog Scout and I feel very welcome. The house has a great backyard where Scout and I often sat in the morning and enjoyed the nice Camarillo weather. The neighborhood is quiet and has easy access to the 101 freeway in one direction and Simi Valley in the other direction. A grocery store, Starbucks, great NY bagels, dog parks and lots of hospitals are all near by. You couldn't go wrong by renting this location.
