Great for our needs

Was a great place for our three month stay in Tucson. Perfect location, pool was nice, close to shopping, Mount Lemmon, and many other things a round town. Friendly, quiet neighborhood.

Great place by Udall Park

My boyfriend and I stayed at this location for a couple months because it was close to TMC where I worked. The property is clean and has a great pool where you can cool off on those hot days! We are avid pickleball players and the property was a walk away from Udall Park where we spent most of our mornings playing pickle ball! The landlord is easily accessible and accommodating. Great place!

Cheap Owner

The place had none microwavable pates and bowls. There were no knifes, just pumpkin carvers for knives. M did get us new plates and knives but gave us a bread knife that was rusted. There was no dresser in one of the bedrooms. M states that the AC can't be turned lower than 78 to avoid high bills. Half of the outlets didn't work, and M did nothing to fix the issue. He bought the place from a older lady and he didn't know what he bought. He did little to no work on the place and supplied it with a bed and rented it out. He has no ownership of his place, it's just a money maker for him. I would stay away from him, he is just there to take advantage of you. There are much better places in Tucson.

Great place to stay!

This is a very nice homey secure place to stay. The accommodations were very clean, pleasant, and quiet, with a large bedroom downstairs, a bed in the loft upstairs, 2 bathrooms, 1 designated parking space, and plenty of extra spots for guests or 2nd car. There is an in-unit washer and dryer which is wonderful for an extended stay. The kitchen is well supplied including a dishwasher. The unit has a lovely private patio and access to a pool in the complex. In spite of being near shopping and just off a main street, the complex is very quiet and easy to access. Right next door is a park with a farmer's market every Friday. Also within walking distance is a strip mall with a grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store and many other shops as well as nearby restaurants and a gelato parlor. The owner is very hospitable. He made sure our stay was very pleasant, and worked with our dates to accommodate us. We were very comfortable, and felt safe and at home. Highly recommend!

Condo review

I stayed here for three months. I found the place to be very quiet, comfortable, safe and cozy. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to any needs I had. The pool was lovely and well maintained. Everything you could need or want is very close by. Grocery stores and restaurants are all close by, not to mention all the hiking trails and the national parks that are so close by. Nice place to stay!
