Cozy and Quiet

I'm a 27 year old female and I stayed in this unit for almost two years while I worked at Harborview as a travel tech. It's very cozy, but the storage shelves and drawers here never made me feel like there wasn't enough space to put my things. The floors are brand new and beautiful, as well as the microwave. There are plenty of cooking tools and kitchen space as well for your cooking needs. Parking is also very safe, secure and so convenient especially in the winter months! I never felt unsafe walking to the convenient stores, the Pier or coffee shops. Another bonus is Climate Pledge is only a 10 minute walk to catch lots of Kraken games! The roof top here was also a big seller for me, hardly anyone ever goes up there and it's so peaceful. Allows an easy "escape from the city" as I say. *PS just across the corner of the building is a wonderful hair salon "Apotheka Salon", Alexandra has been taking wonderful care of my high maintenance self!*

Perfect in every way!

I stayed here for 7 months while working in seattle and loved everything about it. The building is safe and beautiful with front desk staff 24/7 that all very friendly. The apartment has huge windows with great light and a small view of the water which I loved. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is huge and I loved cooking in it. Theres a gym in the building which is so convenient, and the roof top views are stunning. The parking is underground and very secure which was very important to me. I loved renting from C as well. She was so friendly and always quick to respond if there was ever anything I needed. This apartment is a true gem!
