Suite with Kitchenette and Private bathroom

This cute, cozy and very clean unit is perfect retreat after a hard day or night at work. Entry to the home is on driveway side of house by the kitchen (you dont go into kitchen, just down the stairs to finished basement, where the unit has its own entrance). Bathroom is separate but private next to laundry machines just a short distance from suite. If you are sensitive to noise, Ill mention this sweet older home has floorboards that may squeak above the unit as well as natural plumbing and water heater noises that are more noticeable in basements than main or upper levels of homes, Not a complaint but more a fact if that interferes with a good sleep. I had to remove batteries from 2 cute clocks to stop the tick tocking. Its overall a great place in a safe neighborhood with parking out front on a wide street. My car is relatively new so that was important to me. Very personable homeowner who respects your privacy. Highly recommend!
