Perfect location and accommodation
Chandra was a true blessing during a stressful PCS from Korea. Securing on-base housing turned out to be more challenging than I expected, but she stepped in at the right time and made everything feel manageable. She was responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed during that transition. The bedroom was spacious, and having a private entrance and dedicated parking made it even better. If you're going through a tough move or need a dependable, thoughtful host, Chandra is someone you can trust. I can't recommend her enough.
This place is Amazing! Hosts are great people!
My family and I stayed here while waiting for on-post housing after I PCSd to JBLM in Washington. Chandra and Gary were incredibly welcoming and made the entire process so easy. I was initially nervous that we wouldnt have a place to stay, but they came through for us right away. The unit was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Its located in a peaceful, quiet area with a beautiful view it felt wonderful to step outside and see the gorgeous trees in the sunlight. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Its a great place with wonderful hosts who are always available if you need anything. Highly recommend!
perfect location and home!
This home has it all! Good location to explore all the surrounding areas. Our favorite spots including Mt Crystal, Rainer, Stevens's, White pass, Whistler, Mt. Hood and more. The owners are so kind and respectful of the space. They were excellent hosts and available if need. The space was perfect with 2 bedrooms and a cozy fire place. Couldn't recommend this place and the hosts enough!
Great space
I had a great stay at C and G's place. it was spacious, mostly quiet, in a peaceful neighborhood. My commute was quick with the proximity to I5, and could also easily get to the town center. The furniture was comfortable and nice, and made the place feel very spacious. I loved using the fireplace for the colder months. The owners were thoughtful and considerate, and even made me a smoothie when I was sick. I was very happy with my stay here, and would recommend it.
Perfect for a travel nurse assignment!
This cute property was a perfect stay for our travel nursing assignment. Although you live within the basement of the house, there is your own entry way, kitchen, etc. which was perfect. You don't control your own AC/Heating, however, it was cool enough in the summer it did not matter! There was also a fireplace in the living room that warms the place up quickly. The biggest downfall with this property was the cleanliness upon moving in, however, we moved in the day after a tenant moved out so that might have been the issue! They provided all cleaning supplies! The owners of this property were very accommodating and even provided us thanksgiving dinner which was very sweet of them! Each bedroom had plenty of storage for clothes and were perfect! Black out curtains are already hung-up for all you night-shifters. The doors within the living room opened directly to the back yard which was incredibly helpful for my dog. Overall this stay was perfect for what we needed!
Quiet and Peaceful!
This home was a wonderful place to live! The street is private and the small community of neighbors were very welcoming. I was very happy with this living situation. It felt tucked away yet had quick access to shopping and the freeway. The home was decorated cute and I had plenty of storage. I loved looking out the french doors into the tree filled back yard and especially enjoyed my private patio. The owners were very accommodating and communication was responsive and transparent. The shared areas and times were easy to understand and very appreciated. I felt very safe in this home and I will always treasure the memories that were made while living in this quiet neighborhood in Lakewood, WA.
Quiet neighborhood, great location!
I stayed in this property for 3 months and I could not have asked for much better! The area is very quiet and all the neighbors (including owners who live upstairs) are friendly. There is slight noise from the owners walking upstairs, but as someone who slept during the day for nightshift, you barely notice it! Entire unit is clean and cozy. Some appliances are a bit dated, but work spectacularly! Large, unfenced yard for the dog to play in! You do have to walk outside to get to the laundry, so plan accordingly. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating, and if the property wouldn't have already been booked out, I would have stayed through my contract extension! Highly recommend this place to anyone working im the area!
Cozy bottom floor apartment
I stayed in this bottom floor apartment while on assignment at Tacoma General. The apartment is large and has quality furniture/mattresses. The landlords are very sweet and accommodating. And bonus is the off street parking
Enjoy living in your strict parents basement? Then this is the place for you!
Only one star because I cant put zero. If youre looking for a quiet home away from home this is not the place. NIGHT-SHIFTERS BEWARE! You will be woken up during early morning hours and likely wont be able to sleep during the day. I was woken up daily between 0530-0700 even on the weekends. I have been traveling & using furnished finders for over two years. This was the absolute worst place Ive had the unfortunate luck to live in. Cons: -WAY too many for $2100/month -Constant stomping/loud footsteps & noise daily -awful communication from owners -owners will allow other cars to park in your assigned parking spot - owners will still use the washer/dryer on your assigned laundry days -built in shelving/cabinets in the living room smell like cat piss (I dont have a cat) -No REAL privacy. There are two doors that remain locked & lead into the main home. One in the living room & one in the m aster bedroom.I often could hear someone on the other side or cats scratching.
