Can Recommend
Walkable to downtown, the farmer's market, and attractions in the Germantown area. Building is a bit old but the unit is newly furnished with everything you would need except for washer/dryer which is shared in the building basement. Parking is available within the building. Theresa is an amazing landlord. Lovely place, would highly recommend

Comfy & Close to Downtown
This place was perfect for a summer stay in Nashville. The complex is within walking distance to Broadway and many other attractions in the downtown Nashville area. The tenants in the other units are very friendly, I really enjoyed my time here.

Wonderful Property
Amazing amazing amazing stay! Location was great, walking distance to downtown and the farmers market. Great view from the balcony. All the apartment appliances are updated. Decor is really welcoming and homey. The property owners were also very welcoming and easy to reach when needed. Loved this stay and would definitely stay here again!
