Cold during winter!

Stayed from Oct 15, 2025 thru Dec 6th, 2025. TV was nice size. The landlady kept $750 out of my $900 deposit. Carefully read the lease. Parking is across the street. Upstairs is noisy. I am a nurse and I have traveled for the last 20 years. It is quiet during the day most of the time.

Hi Diane.I am the owner of this property.And although I personally understand where your discontent may come from ,I think it's is misdirected.As I explained to you during your stay with us( My wife handles the majority of contractual duties) each unit has its own independent air conditioning system complete with individual thermostats.I attempted to explain to you in detail that the space heater that you were using ,that was not permitted.Resulted in expensive electrical damages.I see per your feedback that you never grasped the full scope of the damages that your lack of understanding caused even after having a direct conversation with my electrician.There was no negligence on our part as far as communication verbally or in writing .All the best wishes in your future. Review

This studio is just enough for one person. Beautiful view of the river. Also provides easy access to walking paths and it is close to hospitals.

Homw away from home

I stayed here during my travel assignment and it was great. Ms. C was great I'm always cold and she provided me with a space heater and then her husband turned up the heat for me and I was gold. I would stay here if I'm ever in the area again. Thanks again for everything

Nice riverview

Comfortable, clean, safe studio apartment very close to hospitals. Beautiful quiet river view . All you need to make your away from home time comfortable. Would stay here again if back in Augusta!

Simply Amazing!!

I stayed in Apt A for almost 6 months during my travel assignment. Its truly a home away from home! The unit is clean, cozy and has everything you need. I absolutely loved being right on the river and being able to watch the boats and kayaks during the day. This is a definite must see!

Amazing place!

I stayed here for 3 months during my first travel assignment and it was wonderful! The unit is very clean, the location is beautiful, and C was available by phone to answer any questions I had. I would recommend any travel nurses in Augusta to stay here!
