The house is a 4 bedroom 2300 sq foot property with beautiful security doors. You have a slider that opens to the pool and backyard. The room is light, bright, and cheerful, with your private bathroom. The room is about 400 square feet with double closets a couch and TV. All rooms have had new carpet flooring and new paint.
1 minute from freeway on ramp and close to shopping and local target, star bucks and movie theater....

This is the Mater Bedroom which is lovely. It has a private bath, and two double closets. It has been newly painted and carpeted. there is a slider that opens to the pool and jacuzzi. You can see the big sky with all the stars. It is a shared entrance.

I am renting a Master bedroom. Fantastic beautiful safe neighborhood. Close to Grossmont Hospital and the freeway. Shopping just around the corner, and 20 minutes from the airport. This is an awesome bright cheery location with a great back yard.

Tranquil Place
I enjoyed living with K very much! The photos are spot on. The bedroom is massive, I can exercise at the foot of the bed. I usually exercised on back patio. Then go for a cold plunge in the pool. Sometimes we get in the hot tub after long day of work. The closet space was real big. Extra shelving I used like a pantry. I like to meal prep. It was easy to communicate when I was going to be busy in the kitchen. She has plenty of pots, and pans etc. Location was perfect for me, going to Sharp Grossmont 7 minutes. Never got on the HWY when going to work. Grocery stores are close. I like using Sprouts just 2.7 miles away. Easy to shoot down HWY 8 to get anywhere downtown San Diego. I love taking HWY 52 to Torre Pines, Paragliding of the La Jolla, Kayaking in the cove,. I'm going to miss this house...living here was perfect.

Great Experience!
Great place to live, the family is so nice and welcoming. The room is big and spacious with private bathroom and pool access. Had a great time staying here.
