This is a lovely spare room with brand-new carpet and paint. There is a desk available and a full-size closet. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of peace and quiet. There are nice walking trails nearby. The pool and jacuzzi are a bonus. I work hard to keep the backyard pleasant for entertaining and enjoying the great sunshine. I am renting a Master bedroom. Fantastic beautiful safe neighborhood. Close to Grossmont Hospital and the freeway. Shopping just around the corner, and 20 minutes from the airport. This is an awesome bright cheery location with a great back yard.

Tranquil Place
I enjoyed living with K very much! The photos are spot on. The bedroom is massive, I can exercise at the foot of the bed. I usually exercised on back patio. Then go for a cold plunge in the pool. Sometimes we get in the hot tub after long day of work. The closet space was real big. Extra shelving I used like a pantry. I like to meal prep. It was easy to communicate when I was going to be busy in the kitchen. She has plenty of pots, and pans etc. Location was perfect for me, going to Sharp Grossmont 7 minutes. Never got on the HWY when going to work. Grocery stores are close. I like using Sprouts just 2.7 miles away. Easy to shoot down HWY 8 to get anywhere downtown San Diego. I love taking HWY 52 to Torre Pines, Paragliding of the La Jolla, Kayaking in the cove,. I'm going to miss this house...living here was perfect.

Great Experience!
Great place to live, the family is so nice and welcoming. The room is big and spacious with private bathroom and pool access. Had a great time staying here.
