Nice house with mendacious owner

This house is nicely set with rural vibes but it is run inefficiently with respect to cleaning and maintenance. For over 1 month that I was there, I do not recall the house being cleaned, swept nor the clogged toilet fixed after multiple complaints. Also, the basement room is so cold that you would think that you were in winter during the summer, and you can't open the windows because it will let humidity in which is forbidden by the owner. The provided heater is basically for decoration, this too wasn't changed after several complaints. She convinced me to move in with my wife and 4-year-old within my first month. Suddenly when they arrived she decided without advance notice, to bump up the rent craftily by making my family unwelcome and lying against my boy as well as other tenants. On one occasion she even spanked him! As a single professional this place might be ok for you if don't mind the excessive cold during the summer but definitely not suitable for a family with children.
