Great place, great location, great host

Place is great, it is in a safe neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants, dog parks, Providence Hospital, and anywhere in Mount Tabor area. Shona is great, she was always helpful. Would 100% recommend it.

Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Located

I stayed here and it was exactly what I needed. The place looked just like the photos, clean and ready when I arrived. The fenced backyard was a huge bonus for my dog and felt very private. The kitchen had what I needed for simple meals, and the location made getting to work really convenient. Communication with the host was always quick and clear, which made everything straightforward. Overall, a solid spot for a travel assignment and Id definitely stay again.

Night shift? Do not stay here

I'm a healthcare traveler. My fianc and I stayed here for about 3 months and honestly we expected better for the price. Arriving to the place, it smelt so bad like either rotten meat or something died. The place was full of flies, gnats, and spiders. There is no central air conditioning only a small portable AC unit that we had to set up ourselves. There's very limited cookware. The parking sucks since it's street parking only and the streets are very overcrowded(sometimes you have to park a couple streets over). If you are a nightshift worker like myself, this place is not suitable for that. If there are neighbors upstairs, it can be very loud. You hear everything(footsteps, dogs barking, washer/dryer, vacuum, furniture being moved etc). We had upstairs neighbors and it was very loud all the time. The only good thing about this place was the backyard for our pup. We excepted way better for $2,570 a month. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE LEASE FOR HIDDEN FEES!!!!
