rats, dirt and lost deposit

The owner kept part of our deposit and it just wasnt fair. The house had rats all winter and instead of helping, Dale told us it was our problem and even asked us to pay for pest control. When we moved in the place was dirty, full of dog hair and we had to clean it ourselves. At the end they claimed the house smelled curry as an excuse to keep our money and makes no sense since we did not cook in that house at all because of the rat issue. Really mean and unreasonable experience. If you do end up staying here, take lots of pictures from day one and make sure to ask how they handle rats because you will almost definitely have to deal with them (And document it).

Beautiful Home!

The neighborhood is safe and very well kept up. The house was clean, warm and cozy. It had everything I needed for my travel. My dogs loved the backyard and there is ample space to park at the front and back of the house. Loved my stay here!

Adorable neighborhood and perfect location!

Pros: Walking distance to downtown, quiet safe neighborhood, small fenced yard perfect for pets, in-unit washer and dryer. Cons: very very firm beds, one bathroom (located upstairs). D was a very responsive host!
