loved it!!

First of all, let me say that I loved those six months that I was there. The view is amazing from the living room. The apartment itself was cozy and comfy. When I was there, I worked at Kaiser Oakland and it was about 12 minutes away so it was super close. It's a great location to a lot of different places. Ms. Ceda was such a lovely host and a great person. She made me feel super comfortable and if I needed anything at all, she was always available. I know anytime I go to Oakland. I will be hitting her place up to see if it's available cause I would definitely stay there again.

All around GREAT expereince!

This place along with the owner, C was an all around great experience. C is a sweet, thoughtful owner, keeping a respectful distance but right there when I had a question. She was very easy to deal with and made sure I had everything I needed. Could not have been any better. If I do another assignment in this area, I'm definately coming back. The living room is my favorite. The main wall is all window with a view of the hills that is just beautiful especially with the sun rising. A corner electric heater with psuedo flames added to the coziness. It brought my BP down at least 10pts after coming home from work. The beds are very comfortable. Shower has great pressure. Well eqiuped kitchen. She's thought of everything! The backyard is private with plenty of comfortable seating. Fig, lemon and limes trees line one side which Ceda was gracious in sharing the fruit : ) If you are kind and considerate you will have NO problems.

Home Away from Home

Ms. F has been an excellent host for the past ten months that I stayed at this property and really cares about her tenants. She was always responsive and attentive when needed. The location is beautiful and the neighborhood is safe for walking and biking. Many activities are nearby, including some nice restaurants, hiking trails, and easy access to public transit. The apartment is exactly as pictured. The only downside is there are thin walls so noise can be heard from you and/or the landlord(upstairs), which she and I were contentious about during my stay. Otherwise, this is truly a one-of-a-kind property.

Amazing place

My friend and I stayed at Ms F place while working at Eden Medical Center. We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The place is beautiful. It was only 10-15 mins from the hospital and the neighborhood is pretty safe. There was parking on the property for both my car and my friends car. It has an amazing view of the mountains with a very spacious backyard patio. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the smaller room has a twin bed, which were both very comfortable. It comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, which was a big selling point for us. The only thing is I wish the kitchen came with a stove but I took my air fryer and made it work! The kitchen does comes with a microwave, good sized fridge and a Keurig though. This place was perfect for my friend and I and Ms F is super friendly and considerate. I would love to stay here again if I find myself in this area again :)
