Truly my second home

This property is truly what it's says, a home away from home. MC is the best landlord I've ever had! Smart, caring and willing to go above an beyond for her tenants. Some people would think Inglewood is a less favorable place however this city is rich in history and offers a lot to the public. The home is minutes away from the airport, the property is very quiet and your able to maneuver the property easily. Once I return to Los Angeles I plan to rebook with MC as she has set the standard for what a true travel experience is meant to be!

Nice neighborhood.

My husband had a travel job in Downey CA and we stayed at M's "home away from home." We were apprehensive about crossing the country to stay in a house we had only seen in photos, but we did it! We arrived shortly before Halloween and were pleased to see so many children out enjoying the holiday. Inglewood had an unfavorable reputation but after living there for 6 months, I feel that it is just like any other U.S. city, some areas are better than others. As for the house, we enjoyed our stay, great water pressure, decent furniture, and friendly neighbors (who keep to themselves), and we loved the breeze! Being close to the beach (within 5 miles) there was a nice breeze most days, we do not have that in Wisconsin. M is a great resource for driving directions, shopping locations, and places to eat out. If you are looking for the convenience of all bills included, furnishings included, and privacy then I definitely encourage you to try this place.

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood

From the first interaction the landlord was very warm and welcoming. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that my wife and I felt safe being at, the space itself being very clean upon arrival. It looked exactly like the pictures show and was very cozy. For 2 people the unit we had was a little tight but we made it work and is doable. It would be a perfect option for someone traveling solo though. Any questions or concerns we had, the landlord was very accommodating and helpful and I would absolutely recommend renting from her!

Great location and stay

The property was very nice. Updated and modern apartment with available street parking or parking at unit. The Landlords were very nice and accommodating. I never had any issues. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and very safe. It was close to the hospital I worked at and close to Interstates, the beach, malls, and SoFi Stadium. I would definitely stay here again on another South Bay assignment for sure!

A God send!

This is the perfect set up for anyone who travels for work. Quiet, super clean, tasteful decor, beautiful well kept landscaping, and conveniently located. Parking is an option for a little extra but really the street parking situation isn't that bad at all. ,MC and her husband are so kind and genuine.they are professional, flexible, and easy to approach. I honestly cannot say enough good things. This is my official home away from home. And I love that they have different units so different options for different times depending on what you have going on... example if you're a traveling pair, solo traveler or group of travelers. I look forward to coming back and staying. Oh yes and laundry included as well.

great quiet location

This place looks just how it does in the picture. Its quiet, comfortable and cozy. The owner and her husband are so polite they make the stay worth it. I stayed here while working in California and was less than 15 min from my job.

Cozy & Updated

I stayed at M property for 3 months. Both M and her husband are kind and super responsive. There are multiple units at the property. I have never had any issues with noise levels and the other tenants were very friendly. The property is nearby many highways, hospitals, and is also less than 10 minutes from the airport. The property itself is updated and it looks just like the pictures. I would definitely reach out to M again if I ever needed a place to stay in the area.

Traveling RN

I enjoyed staying at this location. Newly remodeled, very cute and perfect size for a traveling RN. The area is safe and quiet. The landlord is available at all times and very helpful when I had a question. Very close to the airport for traveling RNs always on the go. Highly recommend this location and landlord has several units adjacent to each other for other nurses as well.

Lovely apartment & Close Commute

The apartment was lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. As night travel nurses we had no problem sleeping during the day. The landlord and her husband are very kind and professional with quick easy communication. The commute to work, Little Company Mary, was very close. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Travel RN

Stayed here for a contract at Little Company in Torrance. Everything was new and beautiful. Landlord and her husband are incredibly kind and attentive and responsive to requests. Felt safe most importantly. Would recommend :-)

Registered Nurse

The unit is exactly as pictured, fresh, modern and clean!!! I'm a travel RN from Ohio with a contract at Merina Del Rey Cedar Sinai. My commute to work is 10 minutes and stress free. M, the property owner, is very attentive and kind. She made me feel instantly welcome. I'm so grateful to have found her and this unit.

Great Stay, Close to Work

M provided a great apartment stay to my boyfriend and I, both of us working at local space companies as engineers. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and off-street parking right below the apartment. M was quick to respond to any requests or inquiries we had and was quite accommodating of our move-in/move-out requests given the relatively short length of our employment as interns. The apartment itself is quite nice with brand new appliances, basic amenities (bedding, cookware, plates, towels) and a washer/dryer unit provided for the small apartment complex to be shared among tenants. M goes the extra mile with flower boxes for every apartment! Great stay!
