Relocation

I relocated from Cary, NC to Lexington in August. During that transition period I needed temp housing while I was looking for a permanent home. The unit was clean and welcoming upon my arrival. The check in process was just as Tom described via text message. Everything was as promised and pictured in the listing on FF. Tom was easily accessible if needed and communicated well. He always asked if there was anything he could do to improve my stay. The neighborhood was really close to grocery store and downtown for dining. The neighborhood was great for evening walks. Great place for me during this transition. Good value for the money.

Excellent location and quiet

Roomy, comfortable, and close to everything: 5 min to Lexington Airport, and walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I stayed here with 2 pre-teen boys, and we loved the space, the pool was awesome, and T was a very responsive host :-) Great value for the money!

Great place to stay!

My family and I moved from Texas to Kentucky, and we are lucky to find T's place. We were planning to stay in an apartment along Nicholasville road; however, we ended up not staying there due to misunderstandings. I messaged T through furnished finder if his place was available, and he immediately responded to me. He called me within an hour and answered all my questions regarding the room. He is very accommodating to everything we need. His place is clean and bigger than we thought.

Amazing place

The place is absolutely lovely. A quiet neighborhood and a very nice owner will make you feel home. The place is huge and it can even accommodate a single family with no issues. The location of this unit is close to everything youll need. Just 10 mins away to downtown if you want to explore and party at lexington. You have your own entrance which is very convenient. The owner of the property is trustworthy and will always remind you if you have mail. I would highly recommend this place it to any professional who's traveling to lexington. This is the place to stay! :-)

Excellent Stay

The communication was very smooth and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The property is in an excellent location if you are working at the University of Kentucky Albert B Chandler or Good Samaritan, as well as St. Josephs Hospital or the Surgery centers in the area. There is Kroger within walking distance and a few local restaurants. T is an incredible host and makes you feel at home. The room is very spacious with a private bathroom, washer/dryer, and a spacious living room. The property has a private entrance and parking which was great. I cannot say enough good things about the property and would recommend it to any travel healthcare professional.
