Amazing Property

I started a new position in uptown and needed a place for multiple months while my family stayed at our current location. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment has everything you need with updated amenities, great parking, and is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. The homeowners are wonderful, friendly, and incredibly responsive. I was new to the area and the homeowners were so kind to offer suggestions of restaurants, entertainment, coffee shops, etc. My work schedule could be a little crazy working late nights, working from the apartment, or being in meetings at the apartment in the afternoons, but I would never hear the homeowners above the apartment. I can't say enough of how wonderful the apartment and homeowners are. I'm thankful that I was able to find this apartment through Furnished Finder, it was perfect and exactly what I needed to transition to Charlotte.

I stayed at this property for 10 weeks during a contract with atrium health, and I highly recommend it for any traveling professional. It is located in a beautiful, safe, quiet residential neighborhood with a walking trail just around the corner. The studio is on the lower level of the home with its own entrance. I rarely hear the homeowners, only footsteps from time to time and it is not bothersome. I am a night shift employee and had no trouble sleeping during the day (there is a white noise machine provided). The space is small but has been thoughtfully designed, and I never felt I was lacking anything. The homeowners are very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The space is convenient to several Harris Teeters, starbucks, Southpark mall, YMCA, and only about 15-20 minutes from the airport/downtown Charlotte. I look forward to staying here again if I find myself back in the area.

I loved staying in this little studio apartment. The homeowners were invisibly available. The room was the perfect size for a travel like me, and the bed was sooooo comfortable. I hated giving it up. I couldn't justify keeping it without having a contract in charlotte.

Great Location

Beautiful home and location for healthcare travelers to feel safe and comfortable while in Charlotte . I really appreciated the hostess hospitality and accommodations. I would definitely stay again if in the Charlotte area!

Highly recommend

I stayed in this apartment for my 3 month clinical internship in Charlotte. This property is located in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood with a great paved walking trail near by. It is outside the busy city which was great for quiet at night. The owners were extremely helpful in answering any questions on the area and also quick to resolve any minor issues I encountered. This apartment provided all the amenities I needed for my stay with quality renovated spaces and recently updated appliances. I would highly recommend this apartment to a traveling professional.

As a commuting professional, I found the studio apartment to be ideal for my needs. It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood, with a convenient location and plenty of walking trails. The owners are very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. Everything in the apartment is new, and off-street parking is just a few steps from the private entrance. Grocery, coffee shop and wide assortment of retail all within a mile or two.
