Wonderful

I only stayed here 2 months and during the rainy season, but it was a the perfect place. The place is so comfortable. The water view perfect. The sound of waves breaking. Very relaxing! I wish I could have stayed longer!

Great stay!

Enjoyed my stay here over the summer! I am a travel nurse in Seattle but decided to brave the ferry commute in order to stay at Andres property for the water front view and it was lovely. Me and my husband loved falling asleep to the sound of the water every night and it was a really magical experience for the summertime. Andre and Rosa welcomed us to their space and even invited us over which was so kind. I recommend staying here if you are craving a unique experience and want somewhere relaxing to live.

Summer stay

My wife and I stayed here for 5 months over the summer. It was absolutely beautiful, great views of Mt. Rainier and the water. Andre and Rosa were quick to respond to any questions. House has all the amenities to feel like home. Unfortunately we couldnt stay longer and had to move back to TX. Would definitely recommend this property and if were able to get another contract in Silverdale we will inquire about this property.

Amazing home/experience

I lived here for 9 months as a travel nurse. A and R are THE BEST. Andre always answered my messages within 5 minutes if I ever had a question. The home was SO clean when I arrived. Area is quiet and safe. Most peaceful place you will ever stay. Amazing view of water. If you have an opportunity this home is a MUST to stay at. Thank you A and R!

Picturesque Property in the PNW

We stayed at this beautiful property for 4 months, and filled up a Google photo album of the most beautiful pics of sunrises, the water, & Mt. Rainier. We would hear deer walking across the stone beach at night, and a family of otters during the day. We would watch TV & pause it just listen to the waves. It has a steep driveway, but getting so close to the water is worth it. We both work remotely, and frequently hop on zoom calls without connectivity issues. The little desk in the hallway was perfect for me, and there is a little table in the bedroom that worked for my spouse. You are a 12 min drive to the ferry, which makes it easy to get to Seattle. Plenty of hiking and small towns nearby with local festivals to attend. You will need a car here. Limited walking options right from the house, but the hike up and down NE Shore Cliff worked for regular dog walks. The Illahee Preserve is a short drive away and is great for dog walks. If you get the chance to stay here it is worth it.

Fantastic stay

My partner and I stayed at this property late June/early July and absolutely loved it. It was a BEAUTIFUL home with an OUTSTANDING view. I wish we could have stayed longer. A was really accommodating and took our recommendations into account. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Travel housing

Great place to stay if you love being by the water. Its a safe and secure place. The views alone are worth the stay. You get to see seals and sea otters daily. Nice open concept with updated appliances to a 2 bed 1 bath basement.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful, 7 month stay at this property. It is a beautiful home just as pictured and right on the water. In the summer, we had an amazing time catching crabs in the water behind the house and enjoying the views of Mt. Rainier from the back deck. The wall units kept us cool even on the hottest summer days, and warm in the winter when it was below freezing. A was always very timely in responding to any questions and the home is well taken care of.

Absolute 5 stars

We had an amazing time and hope to come back one day! From the wonderful hosts to the amenities and of course the nature, this house has everything one needs while being in a spectacular location. If you live in Washington you know what I'm talking about, but if you're from out of state you will be amazed everyday at how beautiful the scenery can get when you live 10 feet away from the water and have a view of Mt Rainier towering over the tree line. The foggy mornings are just as beautiful as the clear nights and you won't get tired of watching the seals and otters go by, so if you are on the fence about getting this house, just go ahead and do it because you won't regret it. Thank you to A and R for this great experience!

Beautiful waterfront home!

This home is amazing! Completely updated in a classic modern style. Maintaining the traditional features that reflect its origins as an established property, surrounded by beautiful vegetation and mature trees. Lots of windows to look out on the Puget Sound and nearby Bainbridge Island. Watch Orcas, sea lions and sea birds. Very comfortable and quiet location.

Great place on the water!

This was a great place to live for a month! The living space is comfortable and the views are top notch. Very easy to relax by the water after work, and our kids spent hours playing on the beach. We would certainly stay here again!

Lovely home

This house is just the perfect little home on the water. I am a travel nurse and worked at the near by hospital so I stayed for roughly 3 months by myself with my dog. The owners A and R were very kind and helpful during my stay and made me feel very welcomed and at home. Everyday I woke up feeling like I was on a vacation being able to look out at the views of the water and Mt. Rainier given it was a clear day. Id highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Beautifully remodeled shore side home

Wonderfully updated and well constructed. Beautiful views with seals and dolphins. We even seen a pod of Orcas right out front!! Heat and water were considerably plentiful and economical even considering our familys draw! Seriously one of my favorites and will be back with any luck!!! So much hiking and Mountain Views to absorb other than our incredible private shore enjoyed daily. Landlord was available and on top of any issue. Seriously, a relief to the pressured life that brought us here.
