Amazing stay in Tempe

I stayed at the guest house for 11 months though 4 contracts. Everything was fantastic. Guest house is very cute and in Great condition. Located in a charming neighborhood of Tempe. Great location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and nice walking locations. Would recommend eating at The Porch and Pier 51 while you stay. Both are a nice walk from the guest house. Area feels very safe. Binh and Robyn were awesome! Both were understanding and responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Perfect stay!!!

This is the perfect place for your stay in Arizona. The apartment is clean, modern, has new appliances, and equipped with everything you need. The area is very nice and quiet and there's lots of stuff to do around. R and B are the best landlords, super nice, accommodating, and respectful of your privacy. I stayed here for several months and never had any problems. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Home away from home!

I stayed in this beautiful guesthouse for 3 months, and I would have stayed longer!! As a travel nurse there are certain things you look for in a place to stay. This place had everything on my list, a full kitchen with full size appliances, on site laundry, a quiet, safe area to live, close to freeway, hospitals, stores, restaurants, everything you could possibly need! The owners R and B were some of the nicest people I've ever met. They were so kind to allow me to stay in their guesthouse. They were quick to respond to everything needed. They were considerate of the fact that I worked nights and always made sure to let me know when something would be happening at their house. I loved my time there and would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Absolutely Wonderful

R and B guesthouse was beautiful and comfortable. I had all the appliances that I needed and R was kind enough to provide cleaning supplies. My biggest concern for housing was finding a place that was in a safe area. I never had any concerns about my safety or wellbeing during my stay there. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Being in someones backyard might feel like there is no privacy. However, the guesthouse felt like my own private space. Lack of privacy was not an issue for me. In addition, the guesthouse was conveniently located, which made accessing the freeway hassle-free. Theres also a Target about 5 minutes away, which is a pro and a con if youre a Target addict like myself. R and B are also really kind people. Whenever I had any questions, they were quick to address them. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in the guesthouse and would definitely stay again if possible. Bonus: Their dog, Chumley, is the cutest!!!
