Excellent Place

I have only positive things to say about Steves place! My husband, two dogs, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It felt homey and provided all basic necessities for a comfortable living space. Great location, walkable to Ralphs grocery store, and trendy food/coffee/bar spots, even comedy clubs nearby. 15 min walk or short drive to 24 Hr Fitness, as well as closer yoga and Pilates studios. 10 min drive to Burbank airport for friends/family to visit LA. Easy walkable neighborhood for having dogs, and the private back patio was convenient for us! We really enjoyed meeting the other neighbors in the 4-plex, mostly fellow travel nurses! Everyone was very respectful and friendly. Communication with the owner was so easy, he was extremely responsive and efficient. His property manager also went above and beyond to make sure to address anything we may have needed! This owner keeps a very clean place with everything you need for a contract in LA. I highly recommend to other healthcare travelers!

We stayed here during our travel contract. This was the perfect place for us, had everything we needed. Steve was great at fixing any issues we ever had. We loved the place and miss it already! I would definitely recommend staying here for your travel contract. Close to everything too!

Great place to stay!!!

Im from Northern California, came down here for my birthday and spending thanksgiving with the family down here! Im sooo lucky to find this place! Its clean, neat, and very comfortable. This neighborhood is nice too, quiet and clean. Close to restaurants and stores. I recommend this place for your stay in this area. I will definitely book again next time I come down.

Beautiful Property and Convenience

I enjoyed my stay at this studio. This property is in an ideal location, close to many convenient stores and restaurants. The property is very clean. As a night nurse, the surrounding area is very quiet during the day. There is great and swift communication with the owner.

Pleasantly impressed

Was not expecting the little slice of heaven that this place is. First off, let me say the functionality of this unit was key to making my stay so pleasurable. In my past experiences, most furnished places I've stayed in are sort of junky/cluttered. I'm a very organized individual so the fact that everything in the unit has a designated space/function and is so clean was a huge plus for me. It's perfect for an individual or even a couple (if you really get along that is). All of the other neighbors/tenants on site were really kind as well. One night I ended up needing to get into the unit due to forgetting my keys, and the onsite maintenance man responded right away and was a pleasure to deal with. Not being from the SoCal region, I wanted to stay somewhere that was easy access to good food, entertainment, as well as shopping. All of the above was walking distance from the unit. Can't beat good management, cleanliness, as well as walking accessibility to everything in my book! 5/5

Amazing Stay and Great Location!

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here. This property is located near lots of great bars, breweries, restaurants, and the subway. The property was clean and had all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. S was very friendly and accommodating. D the manager (whos always baking French bread) is very helpful as well. There is no parking on the premises but we had no issues finding street parking. This unit is also walking distance from lots of great spots which was incredibly convenient.
