Fantastic property and an Amazing Landlady

A is an amazing Host. She is very warm and welcoming towards her guests. The property is clean and well maintained. She has exceeded my expectations and is flexible with my group. I stayed here in 2022 for a project. I was so impressed with her treatment that I brought my friend to rent here as well. The property is very close to the amenities that one would need. I could not be happier with my decision of staying here. I would keep coming back here every time I have the opportunity to work here. The rooms are well furnished for all my needs and she really treated my party with utmost respect. I could not recommend this property enough as it is difficult to find such an amazing place at such a low price. I am so happy to have found such an amazing property that exceeds all my expectations.

Best rental Ive had!

I have so much to say about A the owner of this property and this rental! I felt at home even before I got there, she called me oriented me sent me codes and had menus laid out for me of all the near restaurants. The house is super clean theres someone coming to clean inside and out. All the closets and pantries are filled with things you may need. I used the kitchen the laundry room and the driveway everyday. A also has someone to come and clean the snow off the driveway and the car. I was so welcomed and at peace at all times I actually ended up extending my contract because I was so comfortable and at such an affordable rate for everything that is provided. I literally only needed my bag with my clothes I have never been treated this way anywhere else. Thank you A for all your kindness, your words of wisdom, your encouragement when I was missing my family. May God bless you and always send you good people your way. 10 out of 10 recommend to everyone I know. Thank you.

This is probably the most comfortable spot in Detroit!! I came here after struggling to find housing for a while and I couldnt have asked for a better fit. The manager of the house is amazing. She walked me through the house to make sure I knew where everything was, great hospitality. She even helped me bring in the luggage!! The owner is amazing as well. She cares about the safety and comfort of her tenants. Communication is amazing here! Cleanliness 10/10. Comfort 10/10! If Im ever in Detroit, I pray thats the is spot is still available because its gonna be the first place I look for!
