It started out ok

The property itself is alright, even though from the outside it is not much to look at. However, the landlord made this a property that I will never stay at again. I paid for my entire stay and and all deposits/cleaning fees up front. The only issue I ever had with the house was the air conditioner stopped working. The repair man said that the filter in the unit was filthy and probably hadn't been changed in months. I let A know that I bought a new filter, and that the unit was working fine. Then it was time to move out, he wanted to charge me an additional fee for electricity and internet usage. He felt that the bill was too high $700 for a 4 month stay, in the Arizona heat. He then knit picked crazy little details at my check out, a dirty toaster, a scratched pan, etc. He ended up keeping $300 of my original deposit. I guess he got his part of the electric bill. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN!

Im sorry that you were unsatisfied with your security refund but I disagree with your explanation. In your review, you hid the damages you caused to my house during your stay. My whole house just was remodeled like new, you were the first guest. When you moved in, knowing all items in my house are brand new. When you moved out, I found that the door frame and the paints on the window sill were damaged, the security system outside was broken. You set the thermostat too low while the outside temperature was too high. This caused the AC to freeze up and stopped working so I had to pay the technician to fix it. I also allowed your new family member to stay free in my house for the last 2 weeks. You used the electricity and water in a very wasteful manner. The total of all the bills was $650/month. The cost to repair these damages should be more than a $500 deposit but I graciously deducted only $300 to pay for a portion of the repair. Furnished Finder hosts do not want guests like you.
