great place to stay for travelers.
This was a great place to stay during my travel contract. The home is comfortable, neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Max is very understanding: willing to get whatever you need to make your stay comfortable and good with communication about other possible tenets. He is understanding of cancels and extensions and able to be flexible with the need to leave early or extend lease. I stayed 1 year and would highly recommend to others!

Lovely home with awesome landlords!
M and A house is a well appointed, newly remodeled retreat with an amazing pool and back patio area. The home is great, the location is literally right next to a nice mall (dont worry, you dont hear traffic) and the neighbors on the street are friendly. The landlords are THE BEST! Max really enjoys renting this home and it shows. He definitely goes above and beyond! The other tenant in the house was sweet, respectful and quiet which was much appreciated. Definitely cant go wrong with this house, its a gem!
