I had a lovely experience at this apartment!

I stayed for quite a few months at this apartment while travel nursing in San Diego and I loved it so much!! It was clean, decorated very well, has a great kitchen and 2 equal sized bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The apartment being 1 mile from the beach and right next to the grocery stores made it convenient and a perfect place to stay while in PB. The landlord Raj is super responsive, really accommodating and lovely! I had a very great experience here, it started to feel like home! I will definitely be back in the future :)

Best place to stay in PB!

I stayed at this condo for 9 months for a travel assignment and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! It has so much to offer and you cannot beat the location. It is walking distance to the beach and bay (~1 mile), grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, and bars. It is also within 10 miles from most hospitals in the San Diego region. The condo is very spacious, updated, and has everything needed already provided for you. There is an assigned covered parking spot, and I had no issues ever finding street parking around the complex as well. R was an amazing landlord - very responsive and attentive to needs. I don't have a bad thing to say about this condo, would 10/10 recommend! If I ever went back to work in SD, I would hope to stay here again!

Best in class host/landlord, amazing property and unbeatable location!

I stayed at this property for one year and loved it! The location is unbeatable -- everything is in walking distance including grocery stores, restaurants, bars, the beach and even a sports medicine clinic I visited after a shoulder injury. The owner/landlord R is the best I have ever had. He ensured my stay was top notch and we became friends! If you're thinking about booking this rental, just do it, you won't regret it! I worked from home during my stay -- the internet was fast and the Starbucks across the street was a lifesaver for those early morning work calls. The reclining couches might be the best part of the rental but it also could be the massive TV! Will rent again next time I am in town!

Spacious with Great Location!

I stayed at this property for a temporary work assignment and greatly enjoyed my stay! It is in a super convenient location with easy access to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment has more than enough space for two people and the kitchen is fully updated and stocked with everything you could need. R was very responsive and accommodated all of our needs. The only draw back of this apartment is that the master bedroom overlooks the building's dumpsters and it can be a little loud at times.
