Would Recommend!
Perfect size apartment for 1 person! Landlord was super nice, prompt with responses, and had lots of information about the area. Location was great, short 5-10 minute walk to the train. Neighborhood was safe. and the gas fireplace kept the unit plenty warm during the winter.

Great Swampscott stay!
Great apartment! Nice sized bedroom and living room, private bathroom and full kitchen. Plus I loved my own little driveway! Owner is super nice and communicative. Great neighborhood. Plenty of places to walk to nearby, plus you can walk to the commuter train.

Sunny Apartment
I highly recommend this apartment and would defintely stay there again. Even though it is on the smaller side, the owner put a lot of thought into the details and it has a lot of storage. It is clean, well kept and gets lots of light. Such a cozy spot. I loved the gas fireplace it has! It's so nice that the apartment is within walking distance to public transit and the beach. Also, the community has some lovely local spots.

Perfect little apartment, has everything you could need. The landlord was the best, very quick responses and gave the best recommendations and info on the town when I moved in! Perfect location, walkable to the beach and restaurants. The town is adorable and neighborhood is safe. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was a great place to stay in. A home away from home! The apartment was clean and cozy. The landlord lived upstairs but maintained a very quiet environment. She was very prompt in her responses and very kind. I was sad to move out. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Swampscott apartment
The apartment is very clean and is in a quite neighborhood. Very convenient location for travel. It is walking distance to the ocean, and there is a very nice walking trail and park along the ocean. The owner was very responsive. The rental experience in our time there was very positive.
