Amazing Stay

Tawa is an amazing host! She is very kind, understanding and responsive. She make that your stay is pleasant and is willing to help where ever needed. The apartment is very accommodating in size, amenities, location and security. Whenever available I will stay again!!

Amazing landlord!

I stayed here for 8-9 months while I worked at Howard University Hospital (5 minute walk). Any time I had any issues I would contact T, the landlord here and she was so quick to help with our problems. Property is close to a metro station as well which makes travel throughout the city super easy!! Could not have asked for a better location during my stay in DC!

Absolutely Loved It!

I stayed at T's unit for four months and enjoyed every bit of it! It looks exactly like the pictures, very homey and welcoming and I enjoyed coming home after a long day at work. Its in a good central location with lots of good restaurants, Whole Foods two blocks away, Trader Joes within walking distance and right across the street from a metro station which made transportation to other places really easy. T was the BEST landlord! She was very responsive and friendly and did whatever she could to make my stay the best possible. I would 100% recommend her and this unit to any traveler taking an assignment in the DC area!

Perfect Spot in Downtown DC

This was the perfect spot for my friend and I during our assignment in DC. It's an easy walk to all the awesome restaurants, bars and shops in Shaw, and if you want to travel further out, there's a Metro station right on the corner. The Ring camera/security system was an awesome bonus. You can tell the place was recently renovated, as it's very clean and has high quality appliances in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area. We loved how the place was furnished, and the beds are insanely comfortable. It's always easy to find a parking spot on the street, but we also loved the convenience of having a parking area with garage door in the back, just in case. The property manager went above and beyond in stocking up supplies and even had some hand sanitizer, masks and gloves displayed for us on arrival. If I ever make it back to DC, I would 100% stay at the property again.

Best apartment in DC

My stay was AMAZING!! The apartment itself was super comfortable and modern (recently completely redone). Appliances were brand new and top notch. The outdoor patios were great too for outdoor reading and wine! Location cant be beat for DC. Within 15 min drive to any of the major sights, with some of the best DC dining and life right outside your doorstep on U street. For those that prefer to cook, theres a Trader Joes and Whole Foods around the block. Couldnt have imagined a better place and blew away my expectations.
