Beautiful Home

This home was beautiful and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The area is quiet with lots to do nearby. However, it's worth noting that there can be some noise due to young children in the household. This is understandable, but if you're sensitive to noise or work non-traditional hours, it's something to be mindful of. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly hosts!

Fantastic studio

L is a wonderful host! The studio is well-outfitted with all the things you need... Very clean and spacious. Comfy bed, big bathroom, plenty of space to store your belongings in the walk-in closet. The studio is very close to the highway and located on a dead-end street (extremely safe and quiet neighborhood). Highly recommend.

Perfect for Travel Nursing

As a travel nurse, this property was great for my 3 month contract. E was extremely sweet, flexible, and responsive! I had dates change and she was incredibly understanding. She was always inviting me and my partner to fun events at her house and shared delicious produce. We could not have asked for a better place and person to host us! I only am giving this property 4 stars for 2 reasons. One being that since it is a studio style apartment, there is not a full kitchen. We were aware of this, but want to warn others that there is only a small mini fridge. We were able to make do, but would recommend this for one renter who might not cook meals very often! The second is this rental is not for night-shifters. The host has 2 adorable children and though they are very respectable, they are often playing (as kids do) during the day. If you are sensitive to sound and need to sleep during the day, I wouldn't recommend this space. I was day-shift though so they never bothered us :)
