Entrance down the driveway to the side of the house to cottage above the garage.It's very quiet because set so far back from any streets. Plenty of on-street parking The cottage has four spaces: kitchen, living-dining, sleeping loft bedroom w/ queen bed, and den w/ 43 TV. The pictures tell the story pretty well. Neighborhood of detached houses with evolving commercial .Main (shopping) street one long block away. The cottage is set back from side street and very quiet.
While a car is not essential, its not super walkable because the nearest supermarket is about 10 blocks away. But several coffee shops and ravers nearby.

Great place
I was so lucky to have found this place. Im the first tenant here and I loved staying at this place. The cottage is big and no noisy neighbors. Its a safe neighborhood. And the owner D is a nice guy. Hes flexible and hes there if you need anything. Its new and a great place to stay at!
