Neighborhood of detached houses with evolving commercial .Main (shopping) street one long block away. The cottage is set back from side street and very quiet.
While a car is not essential, its not super walkable because the nearest supermarket is about 10 blocks away. But several coffee shops and ravers nearby.

I was so lucky to have found this place. Im the first tenant here and I loved staying at this place. The cottage is big and no noisy neighbors. Its a safe neighborhood. And the owner D is a nice guy. Hes flexible and hes there if you need anything. Its new and a great place to stay at!
