Convenient and Comfortable

The home is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, dishes, food storage, cleaning supplies, etc. Nice quiet neighborhood. The owner responded promptly to any issues. They even provided welcome gifts for our kids in their adorably decorated bedrooms.

Great Place for Temporary Housing!

My husband and I rented this property for five months when we first moved to Austin. It was exactly what was pictured in the photos, and perfectly suited for us. Our dogs loved the fenced backyard, and I really enjoyed the open kitchen and living room area, which made it easy to cook and still talk to whoever was in the living room at the same time. The large island was really great, and there's a huge walk-in pantry - so even though we were there for several months, I had plenty of space for accumulated food items. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook in, and the large closet and bathroom in the master was great. The owner was very accommodating, even waiting for us late on a Friday night when it took us longer than expected to drive into town. We didn't have any problems with the house at all. The neighborhood is quiet and close to walking trails, and its proximity to both the 35 and Mopac Expressway made convenient for commuting. Highly recommend!

Quiet Spacious Home

Home is a great location in a safe family neighborhood. The neighbors are quiet so adequate rest was never an issue. This spacious home fit my travel partner and Is needs perfectly. J was quick with communication and was great to work with!
