Spacious and really well done basement unit! Plenty of space and had everything I needed stocked, plenty of parking. J and J were fantastic hosts and were very responsive/helpful over the course of my 9 month stay. Great, safe location close to point Ruston and other great spots - would definitely stay again!

Cozy Tacoma Stay

My husband and I stayed here for a 6 month stay and loved it! There was plenty of space for our things, and it was very clean. Jodi and Justin were super accommodating and kind too. We loved walking around the neighborhood to look at all the cool houses and views of the sound. We would totally stay here again if we're back in the area.

Perfect place, wonderful landlords

My partner and I rented from J and J during a 6 month contract in Tacoma. It was such a delightful cozy place to be over the winter. Super close to everything, and plenty of parking. The apartment is gorgeous and we were very happy and comfortable. Absolutely LOVED the big kitchen! Big bathroom with lots of storage. The place was appointed with literally everything you need, down to cleaning supplies and linens. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance. J and J were so kind and responsive to everything. Wish we could have stayed longer!J

Amazing hosts and great location

I had such an amazing stay at J and J's place. I was there from June to December and they were so accommodating the whole time. Very spacious and cozy and a great location. Being a basement apartment it stayed nice and cool in the summers and warm in the winter. The hosts were always just a text away and very prompt with communication. Couldnt recommend this place enough, if I ever find myself back up in Tacoma I would 100% want to stay there again.
