Charming Safe Boho Cottage Near City Park

Great location! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are delightful! Introduce yourself and you will walk away with some new friends and some great local recommendations! C and L were responsive and very helpful! The property is well kept and it has everything you need as a traveler. It is a connected unit, so a white noise machine might help if youre a light sleeper. This property made my stay in New Orleans magical and unforgettable! L and C are always just a text or phone call away and will make sure your stay is just like home!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this cozy home. It's in a great location in the city, close to everything, in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Plus there is always parking available on the street out front. The house is lovely and beautifully decorated (bonus that the daybed is super comfy and great for visitors). I also worked from home during my ~6 month stay and never had an issue with connectivity. L is an amazing landlord, super friendly and super attentive. She regularly checked to see if everything was to my liking (it always was) and made sure I was aware well in advance of any routine maintenance stuff. Overall, I couldn't recommend this home more highly and I certainly enjoyed my stay in NOLA more having stayed here. If I ever come back for another stint in town, this will definitely be the first place I check on. Thanks for everything, L!

I can't rave enough about L's incredible 1 bedroom cottage! It's about 5-10 mins driving from everywhere you'll be traveling within New Orleans and for the most part located in a quiet with incredibly kind neighbors. I worked from home majority of my stay at the cottage and had good internet access, parking available in front of the house (day or night) + felt like the place had more than enough space for myself. L is an incredible 'landlord' who always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed when I moved in and throughout the duration of my stay consistently checked in to make sure everything was working properly. When I moved in the home was in tip-top condition and had beautiful boho-modern furnishings throughout that made it feel less like a rental property and more like you're coming home!

I loved every part of this cozy home. From the sweet neighbors to the spacious backyard. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Its conveniently located near lots of popular places in New Orleans and the landlord L is so attentive and quick to resolve any issue.

I 10/10 recommend Laura and her property to anyone traveling to the New Orleans area. Lauras home is immaculately decorated and in a wonderful location to walk to city park, explore nearby restaurants, or grab a quick coffee. I loved sharing the backyard space on beautiful afternoons. Laura is so so welcoming and extremely attentive to any needs that arise during your stay! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay here :)
