Perfect Space for Travel Nurse

Nicely appointed large private living space with private bath. The bedroom is large with open closet and plenty of drawers and nice linens. The kitchen has everything you need and very large refrigerator. Of course the holy grail your own washer and dryer :) 15 minute easy commute to Vanderbilt even in the snow! Quick drive to downtown and a few trails close by. The home owners are very courteous, respect your privacy and are good at communicating quickly & effectively. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet even though it's close to major roads. I have enjoyed my stay here this winter. I have been a travel nurse for 10yrs and have rented all kinds of spaces from rooms in houses, pool houses, and full apt. I would recommend this space 10/10

Prefect Fit

This place was prefect. Very very clean. The host provides you with all the things you need. The bed is very comfortable. This place provided me with plenty of space and furnishings. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cute basement walkout

B was always very responsive with repairs. Fridge/freezer is really big. Very comfy couches, passed out there a few times. Feels like everything is 15 minutes away or less so convenient. Its about 800 sq ft. Summit hermitage is a 13 minute drive ascension st thomas Midtown is a 15 min drive. I have stayed here on 2 separate travel assignments. Parking is outdoors w no carport so if you are coming in winter time bring a ice breaker/snow brush.

I am a traveling nurse. Ms Becca was amazing to rent from . She was always quick to respond and fix any issue had. If I ever did come back to Tennessee I would definitely hope she had a rental.
