Perfect Mid-Term Rental, Just as Described

I stayed at this Furnished Finder rental from August through January and had a very positive experience overall. The unit matched the listing, was clean, fully furnished, and comfortable for a long-term stay. Having utilities included made budgeting easy, and the space felt safe and quiet. The landlord was responsive and easy to communicate with whenever questions came up. Any minor maintenance issues were handled quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable mid-term rental and would stay here again.

I loved this unit! It was clean, big and nicely furnished and decorated. It was well stocked with everything I needed. It was also quiet and conveniently located to everything! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly Put Together

The property is located on a main yet quiet street and in a very secure building. I was always able to park out front day or night. My drive to work was a breeze! The condo was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. There were plenty of linens, paper products and cleaning supplies and a tutorial on using the in unit washer/dryer combo. All of the stores and restaurants are either walking distance or just a short ride away. The owner responded to my inquiries right away and had no problem helping me to negotiate the area! I will definitely inquire about the availability of this unit again should I return to Chicago!
