Hi! My name is Elisa and I designed and built this tiny home in 2016 and lived in it for 4 years. Being 5'10" had something to do with how open and spacious it feels. The home is fully equipped with everything you need washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, television, bathroom essentials, and cleaning supplies. The tiny home sits in back of long narrow property. Fencing is up to provide privacy. A paved patio is for the use of t...
Great house!
I stayed here about a month when I was just moving to Sacramento and between apartments and it was the perfect place to stay. Its in a convenient residential neighborhood, about a 10-min drive or less to downtown and other parts of the city. The owner and her husband were very prompt with repairs when the heating and washer/dryer went out, and the tenants in the main house were very friendly. The house itself is perfect for 1-2 people and came with all the towels/utensils/cookware I needed.
Very nice Tiny House
A very cozy Tiny House thats close to major hospitals. A very huge plus if your job requires a 30 minute on-call response time. Plus, the owner is very easy to talk to. Shes responsive to needs and requests. If something breaks, she fixes it right away. A+++++!
Awesome tiny home!
A unique experience, I loved living in a tiny home, convenient location, close to UC Davis! E is a very good communicator and great landlord, I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sacramento
My First Tiny Home Experience, never again
E was communicative. She lived here 4 yrs b4 renting it . Assumed she was versed w all potential issues. I dont live in Sac from TX, which is 100+ 4 mo/yr. I know what hot is. PROS: Natural light! felt safe inside. Nice size fridge, stove, small port oven. All dishes/pots I needed. BR updated . Bed :). NEG: within the first wk or so, the AC stopped functioning. Accord to (E), takes hrs to cool down, arrived to a hot home. Not ok for anyone. Within a wk, the thermostat was 94 though the AC (she claimed was new) was 65. It was intolerable and I was forced to stay in a hotel at my exp ($190), any monetary assis was promptly declined:( She was out of town, called a HVAC guy and magically the AC was working. It is the landlords responsibility to uptake appliances, but I was out $$. NOT PROF or ETHICAL 1 wk later, woke up to drilling sun am and male workers in front yard on ladders trimming trees. Forgot to inform me:( Scrambled to cover my windows 1/2 naked. Unprofessional mistake.
Great place!
I stayed here for a year contract and had a great stay! The property is beautiful and supplied with everything you need! E was a great host, she was very communicative and available whenever needed. Would stay again!
Awesome property and landlord!
This place is fantastic! Highly recommend. As a travel nurse having rented from Furnished Finders for the last 2 years, this is one of the most comfortable places I have rented. Old charm with modern updates. E is a great host! Prompt with any questions or concerns!
Great experience!
I loved living at this property. I loved the aesthetic and homey feel to this unit. You have EVERYTHING you'd need in a home, but in minimal (but not cramped) space. I loved the outdoor seating area with lights and hammock on late summer early fall nights. Very relaxing. Own private entrance and parking was never an issue. Separation between your area and homeowner's backyard, but that wouldn't have been an issue- E was a great landlord. She was quick to respond and very accommodating to her renters, but also wasn't a helicopter landlord. Inside- the bed was incredibly comfortable. I will say wouldn't be the best night shifter place, has LOTS of natural light, but I believe E would be accommodating if need be. Theres a second queen size bed if other guests stay in a lofted area. Full size shower, no tub, and plenty of storage for clothing. Close to anything you need, grocery stores, night life, and MANY hospitals. Overall would stay again and highly recommend you do too.
perfect, stylish and functional tiny home
I cannot say enough about this space, I've been travel nursing for a year and half now and this is by far my favorite rental home I've stayed in. Leave everything you think about tiny homes behind, this place feels so much larger than it looks, it has housed me and multiple guests throughout my stay here with ease. Everyone that I have had stay with me has absolutely loved this space but I can assure you, none as much as me. This space is functional with a full size bathroom, closet, and patio - it is decorated to the nines. It is central to all needs as well as to midtown and downtown as well as hospitals. The owner is kind, prompt and allows privacy while simultaneously making you feel that you are not far from home even if you are. Do yourself a favor and rent here, you will not regret it!
