Great Place

My wife and I had a good stay at David and Joans beautiful home. It was quiet and restful. We enjoyed the interior design. There are nice places to take short walks in the area. The landlords are good people. If we didnt have a prior agreement we would have loved to have stayed at their place.

I stayed at Joan and Davids Guest Barn for a little over a month and would have stayed longer if possible. Kind, welcoming hosts!. It is located on a peaceful and beautiful country property, yet you are very close to town and all the amenities you could need. The full kitchen was so helpful, it comes equipped with any utensils and appliances to make a nice meal. The separate sitting room with a large cable TV was very nice as well. It can't be understated how roomy this place is as well, I felt like I could get a decent workout walking the length of the building a few times! I would highly recommend this place if you value peace and quiet, lots of room, a feeling of safety and privacy as well. Hope I can stay again someday.

Perfect Home Away from Home

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this Furnished Finder! The space is more than accomodating for your needs. One of the things that I really enjoyed is having a full-sized kitchen to yourself. As a traveler, it's hard to find spaces that offer a large kitchen where you can really get down on cooking! The space is located in a quiet area with lots of adorable deers roaming around. If you work late into the night, this would be ideal for you as I've never had any issues with sleeping here. And above all else, J and D are a lovely couple. We've been able to communicate throughout my stay very easily and promptly. They've also been flexible and accomodating to my needs and have made my stay a very pleasant and easy experience. 10/10 recommended.

A Great Place to Stay

I stayed here while on a travel assignment and was very pleased that I did. It's in a country setting with a view of the hills in the distance. It was always quiet and the owners respected your privacy. They were more than accommodating. I always enjoyed watching the deer graze just feet from the house at times. The house has plenty of room. Especially for one person. I really liked the way it was laid out and decorated. Being a guy I don't usually care too much about that stuff but I thought it was cool. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

I loved this unique property. I had the privilege of staying here during my 8 week travel nursing contract at Kaiser in Santa Rosa. I then extended my stay when I did another 6 week contract. It is the perfect space with an entire kitchen space, living room, bedroom and bathroom. I felt so safe safe being away from home which was huge for me. I also loved the little town Cotati that is was beside. It was an easy drive into the hospital as well. The property managers were very friendly, flexible and great at communicating with me. They accommodated everything I needed during my stay and I cannot thank them enough for such a great experience! I recommend to anyone traveling to the area especially any young, female traveling alone like myself!

perfect extended stay

A great property with great hosts. Property is quiet, very close to Santa Rosa and surrounding towns. The house is spacious with all amenities you will need, very comfortable bed, updated kitchen with anything youd need for cooking meals, large living room with cable tv. Hosts are very kind and leave you to yourself but are always available if help is needed. Highly recommended place to stay!

Chicken Barn

Very quiet little gem on the outskirts of Penngrove! I throughly enjoyed my stay here! Lots of space, and the furniture is great. Hosts are great and very respectful of your space. I worked night shift and they tried to coordinate with me any time they were doing anything noisy outside. Only downfall is there is no air conditioning or ceiling fans. Living here throughout the summer it did get pretty warm inside even with the windows open. Overall it was my home away from home and would definitely stay here again.

Exceptionally Outstanding

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this sweet guesthouse. The unit is spacious and tastefully furnished with furnishings complimenting its' interior architecture. The guesthouse is located in the outskirts of Penngrove on country property, yet close enough to Santa Rosa and Petaluma for shopping and dining. Its' country surroundings is the perfect retreat after spending a long work day in the city. The hosts are wonderful, accommodating, and hospitable. I would recommend staying at this little piece of heaven if you're travelling to Sonoma County for work.

County Guest Barn Delight

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. The unit is not only spacious and clean but also well appointed with great furnishings, art and all the modern amenities. It is located on a great country property on the outskirts of Penngrove just a few miles from Petaluma and Santa Rosa. The hosts are as wonderful as the property. Traveling for work and being away from home can be difficult but this little slice of heaven made all the difference. If you need to be in Sonoma County for work, do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself.
