Amazing place to stay!

I stayed at a unit in this property for 4 months and I cannot say enough great things about it. The location is phenomenal with almost everything available within walking distance, the property is beautiful, well maintained, and also very secure, and the unit itself was perfect with everything I needed. I only moved because I was sent to another location for my job, but I absolutely loved my stay at this villa and would recommend it to anyone in search of a place!

This property is located in the perfect spot. One block from the beach and all food establishments. When renting one of these apartments a parking spot is included which is great. The owner W is always available and the maintenance man R is on site to help if any issues arise. They are an amazing team. The apartments come equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartments are all updated, very clean and super comfortable. The area is safe as you have the Broward county sheriffs on bikes and patrol cars in the area. Everything is in walking distance. If you need a place to stay while you are on assignment at one of the local hospitals or just traveling on vacation I would definitely recommend this location.
