Great!!!

Michael's apartment was spacious, high ceilings and felt very much like a home away from my home. I am a traveling construction worker, I was working just over the bridge in Indiana and Michael's place was in the perfect area for my commute. So accommodating, checked in with me every now and again and also left me alone. The property was cared for even during a snow storm. If i ever find myself working in that area again Michael will be my first choice!! Great landlord, very understanding, and communicated well!

Amazing Landlord

I stayed with Mr. Michael for over a year. He was a great landlord always available for anything. I enjoyed the apartment. It was clean, spacious and the area was quiet. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen and laundry right there in the apartment. I would love the chance to stay again. PS the park right behind the house is great for a morning walk or a evening stroll.

Home away from home

Honestly a great place to stay, close to a lot of cool local spots and easy access to various hospitals. Mikes a great landlord, always there to help. 10/10

Great space

The property is very spacious and very quiet neighborhood, The backyard is right on Shelby park if you want to to go for a walk or play some tennis. Within close proximity to Hospitals and has a Kroger very close by, Michael was an great host and respectful of privacy. I most definitely will use his property again if working in town
