K is the best! I will definitely stay again. Everything you could possibly need and the bed sleeps great. Not only is the property good but she is an amazing host/person ~ she rocks If you are needing a place to stay near Charlottesville/UVA this is ideal!!
This is a great place to stay-safe, super clean, quiet. Katharine is a phenomenal host.
Charlottesville was my first traveling gig and was extremely lucky to have Kat as my host. She went above and beyond to make my stay here amazing and unforgettable! Beautiful brand new clean house with a great outside view during the day and an out of this world view of the stars at night! Highly recommend to travelers that are looking for something peaceful, scenic and cozy.

I love to cook and read and ride my motorcycle. I'm chill and enjoy a wide variety of people. I used to be a travel RN, so I hope to provide a good experience for some happy travelers as well.
