Absolutely LOVED this place! 8 minutes to hospital! Parked right outside my front door! Landlord is amazing! Friendly and responsive! I would definitely rent from him again! So very blessed by this experience!

I stayed here for several months and loved it! Situated near Forsyth park and a short drive away from downtown. I felt safe in the neighborhood. R was a wonderful landlord and swiftly addressed any and all concerns. Would recommend!

The property is less than ten minutes away from Memorial Health Hospital. It is a quiet neighborhood and safe environment. The owners are friendly and responsive. Stayed at the lower unit for a full year. Loved this apartment, perfect size for a traveler with all the amenities you need. Absolutely the best priced and stocked housing in Savannah. So close to every hospital and downtown. R and A are very responsive and welcoming. Never had an issue in the entire year I lived here!

I stayed in this centrally located apartment for 3 months while doing rotations for school at the hospital near by. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything needed for an extended stay. I grew to like this apartment a lot since it is very cozy and easy to maintain/keep clean when on a busy schedule. The location is prime since it is 5 minutes from Memorial Hospital, 7 from Candler, and around 15 to St. Joes. Downtown is only minutes away and there are plenty of places nearby for activities and shopping for food, drinks, etc. Around a month into my stay the property was sold to a new owners and the transition was easy from a renters perspective. The new owners made sure everything was in order and were very attentive to making sure the apartment has everything needed. They kept in touch regularly and are very easy to talk to and if anything was ever needed they would work to make it right without hesitation! Overall very pleased with the apartment, owners, and Savannah!
