Beautiful and quiet!

This is a great place to rest and relax after a long day of work. Its a quiet neighborhood and close to basically anything you need or want! The owner is very responsive if you need something or have questions and I felt very welcome the entire time i was here. Very confortable beds beautiful interior and a quiet neighborhood. What more could i ask for?

updated features & a lovely owner

Very cute, clean and well maintained 2 bed 2 bath. The entire place has been fully renovated, everything is new and updated. Has a cute backyard with a swing and is located in a small quiet gated neighborhood. Right behind the green line trail & the Pit Stop (a local food truck venue with picnic tables, live music & kids activities. The house is very centrally located, there is a post office, ups, supermarket, and restaurants all about 3-5 minutes away and its only 5-7 minutes away from the amazing Shelby Farms Park. The owner T is very nice and accommodating, it really was a pleasure and he made us feel very welcomed & if we every needed anything he would respond immediately and take care of it right away. Thanks T!!!!

The Perfect Spot

What more could you ask for in a property? Not only is it located in a nice, quiet, gated community, but it is also beautifully remodeled and completely furnished. To top that off, T was an amazing host. He was very responsive, helpful and generous during our stay. I will definitely recommend this property to anybody staying in the area!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay

My family and I moved to this property at the end of March 2021. From the very beginning the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The owner met us at the home and walked us through all of its features, safety included, which is very much appreciated. The interior of the home is incredibly beautiful and well designed and the host does an excellent job of staying available to any potential needs that arise from his guests. The property is close enough to the city and hospitals, while remaining in an area that is perfectly safe and quiet. The neighborhood itself its gated and the quality of neighbor is excellent. You are right on the green line and right by beautiful parks. I would not hesitate to stay at this property any time that I am in the Memphis area. I give this property and its Owner a 5/5 stars rating. It has been an excellent experience. I have been traveling for 4 years. This is the best property I have ever stayed at by a large margin.
