The house is big and light and has two bedrooms, one full bathroom and two other half baths. It is only a few blocks from Seattle Children's and is an easy commute to the UWMC Montlake and light rail station. The yard is fenced and there is a small deck and a carport. The rent is 3200 plus 300 for utilities.

Wonderful Place To Stay
My husband, two chihuahuas, and myself stayed here during my contract in Seattle. The house itself has two good sized bedrooms with comfy beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The front yard that comes with the rental is fenced in and perfect for relaxing on days off. The downstairs neighbors (landlords daughter and SIL and chihuahua) are an added plus. Theyre super friendly! Plus their dog is precious and gets along with mine perfectly. The location is a straight shot to Swedish Medical Cherry Hill (15 mins). There are plenty of grocery and restaurants options nearby. There is the University Village, parks, and greenway all within walking distance from the house. Plus the neighborhood itself is very nice and great to walk around. Youre also close enough to downtown if you like to spend time there. S has been nothing but kind and helpful during our stay and Id highly recommend this property to anyone looking.
