Downtown Gem

Having looked at dozens of rentals I found this beautiful casita! All the places I looked were thrown together with no sense of aesthetics. This historic casita with its old world charm, 10 foot ceilings, antiques furnishings, tasteful artwork was singularly unique. The thoughtful creation of the space was something you'd expect to find in someone's own home not a rental. The mattress was very comfortable, the towels and linen were of high quality. The space was well designed, comfortably cozy, yet spacious with its 10 foot ceilings. The bricked, walled and gated courtyard with desert landscaping made for an oasis. A state of the art washer and dryer, gas grill and tables and chairs in the courtyard are the finishing touches. It's location in Armory Park puts you right on the fringe of downtown and all it's happenings. Ben's a gracious and attentive host. Thanks for a wonderful experience! Allan

The owner was very easy to get a hold of and was flexible with my dates after my assignment got cancelled. He gave me a very fair price being there during peak season, which was a relief. The place was super cute, good size, good closet space, comfortable bed, kitchen essentials. Very comfortable for a short stay!
