Great Place!

I stayed in this place for close to a year during my time as a research assistant at Loyola. You have the entire basement to yourself, which contains a refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, furnished bedroom, and bathroom. There is a private entrance from the driveway and a housekeeper that comes once a month to clean the place. Terry is an incredibly kind and fantastic landlord who will go out of her way to accommodate you. Additionally you will be within 10 miles of downtown Chicago and have the opportunity to take the blue line train which is located within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Oak Park area!

Extremely comfortable place!

Very comfortable and welcoming place. I stayed here for 4 months and enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness throughout. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a place in Oak Park. T is very sweet and was very helpful with my settling. The place is also close to grocery stores and some amazing restaurants. Perfect place, a perfect location to live.

Cozy place!

It was a very cozy place! I traveled as a visiting student and I had a perfect place to come back and rest every day. T was also very communicative and accommodating! Highly recommend if you're looking for a place in Oak Park.
