Idyllic

This apartment was perfect. It was clean and updated, and the furniture and appliances were all in excellent condition. When they say furnished, they mean it, as it has every amenity, appliance, and furnishing I could have possibly expected. The neighborhood was incredibly nice and quiet, and perfect for morning runs and evening walks. The landlords were very nice and friendly, while respecting my privacy. I never had any issues with the place, but always felt like they would have been quick to address them, if any arose.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

I stayed at J and Ls perfect guest house for six months. The place is absolutely perfect! Everything you need is provided. After long hours at work I always looked forward to coming home to relax. J and L were always respectful and responsive. Worth every penny to stay with them.

L and J are the perferct landlord's. The place was exactly as shown on site. They are attentive yet respect ones privacy. The neighborhood is very safe and it is conveniently located by everything you need. As a single older woman, there was also a comofrt factor knowing they were right there versus being alone in new location. Their backyard is like an Oasis (an added plus when looking out the window!

cozy and quiet

First and Foremost , I would like to thank Mr and Mrs. Gallinger for allowing to me to rent out their beautiful apartment. It was very roomy , clean with nice furniture and decor. The backyard was serene with the water fall, The neighborhood was quietly with friendly neighbors. Location was perfect easy access to the interstate, The owners were awesome quick to response in a timely manner with any concerns I might have had. Overall excellent housing option in Eugene
