I had a fantastic stay at Lynette's cottage house during my recent professional assignment in Charlotte. The space was exactly what I was looking for—private, peaceful, and impeccably clean. Lynette is an outstanding host; her communication was prompt and helpful from the very beginning, making the transition to a new city much smoother. The cottage itself is charming and well-equipped, providing a perfect home base after a long workday. I highly recommend Lynette as a landlord for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality stay in the Charlotte area!

Cute, Cozy and Convenient

This apartment offered everything a Travel Nurse could desire, including an Instapot! The diverse decor instantly made me feel at home. All amenities within the apartment functioned perfectly without any issues. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Ms. L, the Landlord, was incredibly accommodating in every aspect. Her communication was flawless, and she promptly addressed any issues that arose. The only drawback is the inability to receive mail/packages at this location. However, solutions such as obtaining a post office box at the local UPS Store or utilizing shipping lockers for pick-up are available. Belmont, the closest area, offers Walmart, restaurants, local pharmacies, and everything else one might need. Situated conveniently close to the Charlotte Airport, this location boasts prime geographical positioning. I eagerly anticipate staying here again for my travel nursing requirements.

This property has everything you need for a lengthy stay. It is beautifully decorated and very homey. The property owner is always available to talk to and she is very nice. I recommend this cute home away from home to anyone traveling to the Charlotte area!
