Just what we needed

Our family found ourselves in need of a place to stay when repairs on our house got out of control. J and R welcomed us in and made us feel so welcome. We stayed all summer. The house was in great shape and stocked with more than we could have asked for. J and R are friendly, attentive, and responsive hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate us and to make us feel at home. They made sure we were doing ok, and made sure the house was well maintained. It is clear that managing this rental is a labor of love for them. It's a cute old house that has been updated well. The parking in the rear is very convenient. We loved the close proximity to Cameron Park, downtown Waco, and Baylor. With all of the amenities, the condition and location of the house, and the wonderful ownership, I feel like we got a more than our money's worth. I would definitely stay here again (although I hope I don't need to).

Great stay!

I absolutely loved staying at this house! Very close to where I was working, and I slept so well during the day while working night shift. House is modern and utd on everything needed to make it feel like home. I would definitely stay again, I cannot say enough good things about the house and landlord!

Sunflower House

Such a wonderful place to stay. Very nice and comfy home. First time traveling nurse and I was glad to find the perfect place to stay while working in Waco. Owners were always available when needed and always made sure everything was stocked.

Wonderful stay in Waco, TX

Wow! So much to say about this beautiful home. The hosts have been wonderful and very accommodating during our entire stay. If I'm ever in the area again I will be sure to check for this listing first and foremost. So sad that my contract ended, otherwise I would still be in Waco. If you're ever in the area I highly recommend staying here. Thanks again!

Sunflower Center Cottage

Gorgeous Home , all essentials and some Non essentials provided . Clean. Yard maintained and well kept. Neighbors courteous. Perfect location near Waco Silos. Home owner very accommodating went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well during my stay.

Exceptional stay in Waco

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, meticulously maintained home in Waco. The landlord is the property owner and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The kitchen is spacious, modern, and well equipped; the bedrooms are cozy with comfortable beds and plenty of space for storage. One of our favorite features was the large back deck where we enjoyed having morning coffee while watching the many birds that visit the yard. 15 minute drive to Ascension Providence, 10 minutes to grocery stores, less than 5 minutes to Magnolia, downtown, and Cameron Park. 100% would recommend!

The perfect house for the traveling nurse (or other traveling professional)!!

Before I get started on the house I have to say J & R (owners) & R (son/handyman, here in Waco) are amazing. They're attentive, passionate about their house & the experience their renters have, & just genuinely amazing humans. We had zero issues during our stay, but if we had, we wouldn't have had to go out of our way to get anything fixed since J and R reached out periodically to make sure everything was in order. They're the ultimate landlords. Now for the house- it's beautifully done, spacious, homey, & probably the nicest house we've rented over multiple contracts using furnished finder. 3 of us lived here & we never felt cramped in the space. We really enjoyed the coffee bar, covered back porch, garden & bird feeders- so relaxing on a morning off. You can tell J and R did not take any short cuts preparing this house as a rental property. It is a convenient 10 min or so drive to Ascension Providence & downtown! Great wifi. Stay here, you won't regret it!
