I stayed Feb 2025-may 2025 during a local contract. This is a great little apartment in one of the best neighborhoods of Boston. You truly cant beat the location! You are a 5 min walk to the orange line, a 10 min walk to the green line making it easy to commute to any of the big Boston hospitals. There are great coffee shops, bars, restaurants and grocery stores all walking distance as well. S is super responsive and on top of things, making him a great landlord. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved this spot

This spot was great for my partner and I. We both worked at MGH and were able to take a nice walk to work from here. Close to the train station and everything we needed was accessible without a car. The neighborhood was super cute and usually quiet with the exception of frequent construction during the day. Sheb was an excellent host and landlord and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again if we ever found ourselves in Boston for another contract.

Great location

I stayed here from December 2023-August 2024 and it was fantastic! Great location, right around the corner from back bay station. Could also easily get to the green line with a 10 minute walk. The unit was so bright and pretty, I loved the bay windows. Bed was pretty comfortable. Sheb was very responsive, professional and kind. Perfect for a travel nurse!

South End Gem

I stayed in this apartment for 7 months. The location is amazing- easy access to Back Bay transit station and everything you could need is within walking distance. The apartment is fully stocked and comfortable. The landlord was very attentive and responsive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a furnished place in Boston.

Fantastic location and landlord

I stayed at this wonderful property from June to August 2022. Perfect location on a very safe street with no traffic or noise. Easy 3 minute walk to the Back Bay train station which is on the Orange Line and Commuter Rail (Purple). BlueBike terminal 3 blocks away. CVS is one street over from the property for convenience. Close walk to Flour Cafe location on Clarendon St. and Greystone Cafe on Appleton St for lovely weekend brunch. The property itself is a charming Boston brownstone. There is a front entryway where packages can be delivered safely without concern for porch theft. Single communal washer/dryer unit in the basement of the property which was always available. The other tenants are quiet, nice, and I never had issues with noise. The building's owner and landlord, S S , is a friendly, kind man who is always responsive whenever needed. I booked sight unseen and I am glad that I chose to rent from him. I had a wonderful stay in Boston and would stay again!

Travel nurse

This is a great little apartment for a travel nurse or other short term rental needs. Owner was very responsive and quick to help if needed. Excellent location!! Walking distance to everything. Would rent again from S in the future. I enjoyed my stay here!

Backbay Gem!

I stayed here from January 2022 to May 2022 for the duration of my travel contract. The studio is large enough for one person with a comfortable bed and small couch to relax on. The property is within walking distance from Trader Joes, Prudential Shopping Center. There's also a cute bakery just down the street for delicious baked goods and matcha lattes! It is also minutes away from the Back Bay Orange line and only 1 stop away from Tufts Medical Center stop! The building owner and landlord, S, is very friendly and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Thankful to have found this conveniently located gem!

Home away from home

The property is in a wonderful location, 5 min walkable distance to Back Bay station, safe and friendly neighborhood, walking distance to Prudential center and local shops and restaurants on Newbury Street. The place came with everything needed for a short extended stay, including all the necessary kitchen essentials. S is a great landlord, always responds quickly and very courteous. Always has a great attitude, and even gave me a walkthrough of the neighborhood and advice on places to explore in Boston! Would definitely stay here again!
