Great location, very pet friendly

This was a great place for my travel contract at CHOA Egleston. 5-8 minutes from Egleston or Emory Main Campus depending on traffic. Very close to walmart, a number of restaurants, and shopping. I ended up staying nearly 9 months as I extended my contract several times. The landlord was very easy to work with, fixed any issues in a timely manner (which were very few), gave a good bit of notice before he would either need to come in to do some work to do work outside, and best yet, worked around my nightshift work schedule when doing yard work. The place itself was clean and well kept, the beds were very comfy. I never slept in the twin bed or trundle but my mom and niece would come over occasionally and they said they were nice. Kitchen is nice and upgraded with most things you would need. My dog's favorite part was the backyard as he is a hound mix. Nice sized backyard with plenty of wildlife. Not too sure the squirrels or rabbits liked him but he had a heyday for sure.

Relaxing getaway

We stayed here while My Wife worked at a nearby hospital. The landlord was a pleasure to deal with. This is a clean comfortable 2br/1b home with a with central air/heat with modern appliances. It has a spacious yard w/lots of trees out back. Its located in a friendly neighborhood close to shopping and dining. Its also near a scenic walking trail. (definitely worth checking out) It was both quiet and comfortable.

Cant say enough good things about this place! M and L were incredible landlords and keep up the house very well. The house is in a great neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms a very good size. And the AC works awesome which is incredibly important in that Atlanta summer heat. Cant recommend this listing enough!
