Exceptional property and hosts!

This property is absolutely amazing and we really enjoyed staying here. It's a newer property that is very well maintained, immaculately clean, and was well-stocked with everything we needed, plus more! The hosts are a very kind couple and always were prompt to respond when needed. I loved that the property had no stairs, besides the one step at the front entrance, which actually is the front porch. The property is located in a terrific area, with nearby shops, restaurants, and etc. Many times, we simply walked to places nearby instead of driving. The neighborhood is filled with upscale and newer-built properties and we always felt safe. I'd highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking to stay in RVA. Oh, and did I mention how awesome the hosts are? Well they truly ARE good-people. This property is one of the best available. You will not be disappointed.

Main floor master bedroom

D&J were exceptional hosts that made our transition to RVA better than we could have ever hoped for. They were always right there when needed, and kept the space up to date, and quick with any repairs needed. The space, and location are AMAZING. Very easy to get anywhere from here. Everything is very modern, clean and functional. You will need for nothing but food here. We had lived with multiple travel nursing professional who very much enjoyed the space, and made it their homes away from home. Everyone is very respectful of each other while staying here. If you have the chance to rent out any room at this location, DO IT, you will not regret it. You will get the opportunity to meet two of the best people in RVA in a great space! My partner and I could not have asked for a better place to have stayed for as long as we did. Thank you again D&J - J**** & T****

Great Space

The owners live close by and do their best to make the accommodations clean and reliable. The rent is a fair and competitive price for the area and the space is really nice. My only wish would be that the third floor would have two bathrooms instead of one shared one. But otherwise a great and safe space.

Great Location and Even Better Landlords

Property was a quick drive to downtown Richmond and the place was super clean/up to date. D was a great landlord who lives beneath the residence and was always quick/professional with any concerns

Wonderful experience

I stayed in this home for a 13 week assignment. It was a great experience. The home is well equipped with things I didnt even know I needed! My room was very comfortable including the bed!! The landlords were not intrusive, but were there in a moments notice if you needed anything at all. They even gave me a welcome basket! I wasnt planning on extending my work, so I told them to put the room back up for rent. I wish I could have stayed. It was close to work, stores and parks. I highly recommend this home to any travelers or professionals coming to the Richmond area.

Best place in Richmond

I had a 3 month contract at VCU. The apartment is so clean and bright. Feels brand new. Everything you need is right here. Convenient and close to everything. Neighborhood is safe. David and his wife are amazing hosts. Even went out of their way to make sure I had a desk for school. I appreciate them so much. Highly recommend.

One of the best properties

This is an amazing place. J and D really go out their way to make sure you go comfortable. I don't have any complaints. The unit is clean spacious and a great location to VCU. It's a safe area and very convenient to a lot restaurants downtown. I would def stay here again. I can't say enough how accommodating and thoughtful the hosts are.
